I have worked closely with entrepreneurs my entire career. I’ve seen experienced the negative impact of stress and burnout on startup leaders and their teams first hand. These observations, and a desire to act upon them, led me to study the science of wellness and ultimately to become a board-accredited health and wellness coach. I previously took on individual coaching clients through Alma, though today I am focused on developing science-backed workshops and programming for companies that want to learn how to make long-lasting commitments to wellness. I believe that creating the conditions for wellbeing should happen on the individual, company and industry-wide level. I also believe that wellbeing intersects with diversity and can be an important driver of advancing DEI strategy.
